Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates
- Orders under €45: shipping costs vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
- Orders of €45 or more: free shipping worldwide.
Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Germany & EU: 7–15 business days
- Rest of Europe: 10–20 business days
- USA, Canada, Australia: 10–20 business days
- Rest of the world: 15–30 business days

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.
